Why Bayou Bliss Homes Began
Our story began in a large assisted living community. Every month at resident council, the same pattern appeared: a few minutes on other topics, and the rest of the meeting about the food.
A big building can’t cook for individual tastes. A small home can.
That is why we founded Bayou Bliss Homes. In a small community, dining can be personal. We can listen, adjust, and take the table far beyond institutional meals.
